Get access to Google Maps™ and Street View™ with this handy app. NOTE: Street View access requires a current subscription. The app uses the built in maps from your iPhone or iPad plus you can seamlessly switch to Google Maps. You can also track your location on the map as you move around.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

DuoMaps operates as an auto-renewing subscription service. Recurring purchase is required for full functionality. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you change your subscription term.

I love this app! We are self employed and cant do much traveling and very limited time so I make this app my way of traveling!!! I love going to the street view and pretend Im there. Sometimes it even allows me to go inside some places!!! Thank you street view!!!!
No offense to Apple, but without this app I would be not own iPads anymore. As a geophysicist and geologist, the superior satellite views on Google maps, especially ocean floor views, are a must have. The simple pin dropping and street views from Google maps are also an absolute necessity for safe driving in unknown area with my single eye vision. And just a tap on the menu option switches the views to Apple maps if and when needed. Everyone should have this app for instant access to whichever map view is best for any task.
Restores the beloved Google Street View to iDevices, lacking only a few features; theres no compass function on the photos, so one cant tell in which direction the image is pointing. Hopefully that nice touch will come in a later version. A definite positive in the MobiMaps is the greater ease of removing pins; given that a wandering finger can so easily drop them, its nice to clear them out with no fuss at all.
Great application that saved my new iPad after the IOs 6 It brings back the google maps. Finally

For ipad, much better than the google app or google via safari. Better than apple maps also. Gives back all the missing functionality in ios6.

Some bad moments

I want my money back. This worthless map does not give you turn by turn voice directions and it wont let you choose as a starting point your current location without entering an address. I deleted my google maps to replace with this and was sorry I did. I re download google as soon as I could and deleted this piece of crap.
many streets unknown. Zooming in proves (for the streets I tried) impossible.
If this app does anything that other better apps dont do better, they make it too hard to find out what. A waste of time as well as a waste of money. Didnt connect to my contacts. Pointless.
Some times I only see a blurry black photo in street view and it crashed on me once; however, it is good to have at lest one with this important and usefull fuature: street view.
When iam going to fast whit the direction arrows,its failed and i lost everything and i had to do everything !!!
This app is ok but I wish its would be more updated. Im in a growing city and some of the streets have been there for over 4 years and still no update. Not worth the 1$ if your using this app for work.
